Shipping within Chile is free! Shipments to the rest of the world have an additional value of 7,000-25,000 CLP (10-30 USD). All shipments will be made with Chilexpress and/or Correos de Chile within Chile and with Correos de Chile for shipments abroad. Always verify that all your shipping information is correct. Winter Bunker will not be responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect information.

The patterns are sent in PDF format to your email after payment is made. All Winter Bunker patterns are for personal use only. In other words, don't copy, sell and/or share them. The purchase of a pattern does not give you authorization to create products to sell.

Your mission: May your Winter Bunker last you a lifetime and beyond. For this, read the instructions below. *Washing: wash by hand and only when necessary! Fill a bucket or the sink with cold water and mix it with a little detergent. Leave the sweater there for 30 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. *Drying: never wring your sweater! You can roll it up like a sleeping bag and press it to remove extra water. You must dry the sweater flat, supported by a clothesline and/or towel. Keep changing the towel so that it retains more water. Make sure you don't leave your garment wet for too long, or it will smell. *Don't hang your sweater, or it will stretch! *If you see that there is a crazy wool hanging around, DO NOT cut it! It is very normal and it is another sign that what you have is a unique product made by a human being. You just have to hide it by tucking it into the wrong side with your fingers or a crochet stick.

Shipping is absolutely FREE within Chile. For worldwide shipping from Chile to another country, there is an additional fee that may range from 10-30 USD. All mail is sent through Chilexpress and/or Correos de Chile for within Chile and with Correos de Chile for worldwide shipping. Please allow AT LEAST 25-35 working days before reaching out if your package is delayed. Double check that all of your information is correct before purchasing. Winter Bunker does not take responsibility for lost orders that occur as a result of wrong information.
